Several chefs from different churches brought their favorite dish and entered it in the 2nd Annual “Oh Taste and See.” Oh Taste and See is an annual cook-off in which people who want to enter their favorite dish for a chance to be noted as the best cook. Each dish is judged by a panel of judges without them knowing who prepared a particular dish. The judges then vote on the dishes for a first, second and third place trophy. The following year the first place winner has to either enter another dish or concede and bring the trophy back. The next first place winner will take the trophy back to their home church to be put on display until someone outcook them. Proceeds for this year’s cook-off will be used to demolish an old building on True Faith’s property to keep in line with the coming development in our community.
